Urgent Appointments We will see people with urgent appointments the same day and, we keep a proportion of appointments un-booked for this purpose. If you call and request an urgent appointment, we will arrange for one of our practice nurses to call you back as soon as possible. It may be possible for the nurse to deal with your complaint over the 'phone, or for you to have appointment with the nurse. If the nurse cannot deal with your problem, she will book you in to see a GP.
Telephone AdviceIf you need telephone advice from your doctor please leave your name and your telephone number and the doctor will return your call as soon as they are able to.
